Lilian
MANAGING Director
She’s one of the most experienced Africa Safari Consultants. Through her hard work, perseverance and excellent customer service she has built Zohar African Safaris keeping customer satisfaction and well-being at the core of her business.
Jackline
Operations Manager
Jackie oversees the daily office operations and supports Lillian in management. With her passion for wildlife and keen eye for operational excellence, Jackie plays a vital role in shaping distinctive safari experiences that define our company.

Rachel
Reservations
Possessing a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Rachel is in charge of all reservations including hotel bookings, trekking and activities arrangements. She also takes care of the guides and all safari logistics.
Veronica
Operations
Veronica began her journey as a housekeeper at the Zohar Office. Recognizing her potential, Zohar invested in her by funding a course in Front Office Management. Upon completion, she transitioned to the role of a reservation consultant.
David
Operations
Born in the Pare Mountains in the Kilimanjaro region, David joined our team as a Graphics designer. He also enthusiastically and committedly helps the operations department. He loves meeting new people and getting to know new cultures.

Solomon
Safari Guide
Following his grandfather's footprints as a tour guide and his father as a forest reserve officer, he grew to love nature, including feeding random birds flying to their home when he was a kid. From an early age, he absorbed the wisdom to read the signs of nature and the language of the wild.
David
Safari Guide
Known as “Dexter” qualified with a B.Sc in Wildlife management, David is one of the best safari guides in Tanzania. Before he became a guide, he was an ecological assistant at Arusha park where he found his greatest passion to be wildlife conservation and guiding.
Daniel
Safari Guide
Daniel’s brother (who is also a guide) used to take Daniel around for nature walks in conservation areas, where he learned a lot about flora and fauna before he joined college. We at the company refer to Daniel as the “Google of Serengeti”, he’s simply incredible at his job.
Tumsifu
Safari Guide
Famous as “ Tom”, Tumsifu was born and raised at the doorsteps of Arusha park. The sights and the sounds of the untamed landscape fueled a passion that shaped his destiny as a safari guide. With a wealth of knowledge and passion, he transforms each safari into a captivating narrative.

Meet your safari maestro, Boniface, whose love for the African wilderness is only matched by his infectious sense of humour! Raised beneath Ngorongoro, he believes safaris are not just about spotting the wildlife, but are also a comedic adventure through the savannah.

Born in the shadows of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Lukas developed an early fascination with the diverse wildlife surrounding his homeland. With Lukas, a safari transcends from a mere wildlife tour into a transformative experience with everlasting memories.

A Maasai warrior turned safari guide with a deep connection to the wildlife and landscapes of Tanzania, his keen eyes and profound understanding of animal behaviour make him a sought-after guide. He offers travellers an authentic safari experience.
Goodluck
Safari Guide
Inspired by his sister, Ms. Lilian (the owner of ZAS), he is a committed and hard-working person. After his diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, he joined ZAS as a transfer driver and later a day trips guide. He is now a full-time safari guide who enjoys nature, especially birding.
Imran
Mountain Guide
He has been considered one of the fastest and most gifted guides on Kilimanjaro and has been climbing Africa's highest mountain for more than 15 years, successfully leading more than 150 ascents to the summit.
Musa
Cultural Guide
He was raised among the Hadzabe and as a result, he has learned both the Hadzabe and Datooga languages and has first hand knowledge of the Hadzabe’s unspoiled cultural traditions, their chanting and dancing ceremonies.
Margarita
Cultural Guide
Born and raised amidst the traditions of the Chaga tribe in Materuni Village in Kilimanjaro, Margarita leads guests through lush trails to breathtaking Waterfalls. She also guides them through a coffee sensory journey from bean to brew. Finally, she ensures the local lunch is a true cultural feast!
