Detailed Itinerary
Travel to Arusha, Tanzania
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be met by our representative or safari guide, who will transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. As a team of local Tanzanians, we know the country like the back of our hand, so you’re in for a treat from when you land until you leave. Welcome on board!
Mt. Meru Game Lodge
Mount Meru Game Lodge & Wildlife Sanctuary is the lodge designed for both wildlife and nature lovers. The game sanctuary was established to offer refuge to orphaned and injured animals and to prepare them for their return to the wild. The lodge has 15 double or twin ensuite bedrooms and family suites.
Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park has the highest concentration of elephants in Northern Tanzania. You will witness an unforgettable natural wonder as you observe exotic mammals such as lions, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, and various types of antelopes such as gazelles. If you’re a birdwatcher, then Tarangire is a paradise with over 550 species, including the Maasai Ostrich, the world’s largest bird.
Nyikani Tarangire Camp
Nestled in the heart of Tarangire, Nyikani Tarangire Camp offers a unique opportunity for guests to get close to nature. The camp features 13 individual room tents, each designed to cater to different preferences. These include king-sized bedrooms, twin bedrooms, triple bedrooms, and an interconnecting or family room.
Tarangire national Park
Tarangire National Park offers a spectacular diversity of awe-inspiring landscapes that includes open savannah, acacia-dotted plains and towering baobab trees. As you enjoy a private game drive, you can observe wonderful wildlife such as lions, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, and zebras as well as various types of antelopes and gazelles and with a little luck, you can also spot a python!
Gibbs Farm
Gibbs farm is set on the coffee estate on the edge of the forested eastern slopes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. It is comprised of 17 guest cottages, each featuring a unique theme and richly appointed with eucalyptus floors, hand-crafted furniture, two queen-size beds, indoor and outdoor showers, a fireplace, and a private verandah.
Ngorongoro Crater Tour
The Ngorongoro crater, which is only 10 miles wide, was formed around three million years ago when a volcano collapsed. It is the world’s largest volcano caldera and is home to over 25,000 resident animals, making it a unique ecosystem. In the grass steppes and acacia forest, you can spot almost every animal in the East African savannah, including the African “Big Five”.

Ndutu & The Southern Serengeti
Lake Ndutu is part of the Southern Serengeti and Ngorongoro ecosystem renowned for the Great Migration between Jan to March, but the area is also famous for its resident game throughout the year including lions, cheetahs, leopards, striped hyenas, elephants, giraffes etc. What makes Ndutu special is the opportunity to track the wildlife off the main roads, which is not possible elsewhere.
Lake Masek Tented Lodge
This beautiful permanent lodge is set up in the area where the Great Migration takes place between January and March to ensure that you will always have the best place to see this impressive spectacle from your own tent. The tents are built on raised wood platforms with en-suite facilities and an outside shower. Each tent has its own private terrace where guests can enjoy the landscape and surroundings.
Central Serengeti
Let yourself be inspired by the beauty and wonder of the Serengeti, where acacia trees and granite kopjes adorn the endless waves of grass! Your time is dedicated to seeing the best of Central Serengeti, which offers everyday opportunities to spot Tanzania’s most impressive wildlife including big prides of lions, cheetahs, elephants, leopards, giraffes, a great number of hippos, and abundant birdlife!
Singing Grass Camp
With just 8 luxury safari tents, The Singing Grass Camp ensures each guest has an intimate experience of the wild Serengeti. At the end of the night, retreat to your tent tucked among a private patch of the savannah. Sink into your plush bed and fall asleep to the songs of birds, cicadas and grasshoppers and wild animals roaming the bush
Northern Serengeti
Witness the spectacular sight of large herds of wildebeest and zebra trying to cross the Mara River while being hunted by giant crocodiles. The Great Migration involves over 2.5 million wildebeest, driven by ancient rhythms and natural instincts as they follow water sources in a clockwise rotation, covering 1,600 miles per year. The North Serengeti offers a variety of wildlife, including the “Big Five”.
Siringit Migration Camp
The Siringit Migration Camp is an intimate mobile camp that moves in symbiosis with nature, migrating alongside the herds from the spectacular Mara River crossings in Northern Serengeti to the Calving Season in Southern Serengeti. This camp brings five-star luxury to the mobile safari experience. It features eight luxury, spacious canvas tents designed to get you closer to nature.
Fly back to Arusha - Day Use Room + Lunch at Melia
Depart for the final game drive in the Northern Serengeti for the last photo opportunities before flying to Arusha. Upon arrival, our representative will wait to collect you and transfer you to the Gran Melia Arusha Rooftop Restaurant for a hot lunch and a day-use room. Later, you will be driven to the respective airport in time for your outbound flight.
